We stayed at knee deep and it was such a relaxing experience! Everything was very clean, the condo even had board games, dvds, boogie boards, lawn chairs, and other family touches that we deeply appreciated. Our place was just a very short walk to the water. When we left, all we had to do was load up the dishwasher and they took care of everything else. Very accommodating!
We rented Pottery Barn for a week. The house was fine (not in brand new condition, but mostly clean). The microwave didn't work and the upstairs air unit couldn't keep up with the Florida heat. We were given one towel and one washrag per person. We were also only given one key to the house when we checked in, and had to go pick up others later. When we requested more towels we were told they were ab additional $5 per towel and "use the washing machine, that's what it is for". Gabby at the office was very rude and unhelpful, had to go ask for every request I had. Overall, the house was ok, but we will not rent from Coastal Joe again.

Coastal Joe was amazing to work with! The staff was amazing and knowledgeable about the area. We can't wait to come back to Cape San Blas and will definitely go with Coastal Joe!!
Unfortunately came back to house early one afternoon to find it dark and hot. Electricity had been shut off when House was sold during our rental.
We had such an amazing time, the home was perfect and spotless! Can't wait to go back.
Coastal Joes found us another house, but moving -to a house that didn't "fit" us was quite a pain. We moved back the next morning after the power was turned back on. Complained to Coastal Joes, we thought one night refund would have been appropriate. Gave us approx 1/3 of a night refund. We lost food, and had to use "beach" time to move-twice.
